From electron to inference.
AI Infrastructure,Assembled andOperated.
Artificial intelligence now depends on the hardest thing to build: real infrastructure in the physical world. Antares brings power, compute, customers, capital, supply chain and talent together, then operates the result as one accountable platform.
AI runs on infrastructure the world cannot build fast enough.
Each AI infrastructure project needs hard things at once: power, compute, customers, capital, supply chain and people who can run it.
Most market participants solve one part of the chain, then hope the rest arrives on time.
Antares assembles the full chain and operates the result as one system.
Demand is contracted before capital moves. Projects are structured to stand on their own.
We build in Canada with partners who know the ground and stay for the long run.
An AI infrastructure development and operating platform.
Antares assembles the critical components required to deliver AI infrastructure: power, compute, customers, capital, supply chain, delivery, operations and workforce capacity. We partner with private landowners, enterprises, institutions, governments, utilities and Indigenous communities to build infrastructure designed to endure.
One party, accountable across the whole chain.
The market treats power, compute, capital, customers, supply chain and talent as separate problems, solved by separate specialists who hand off and hope. Antares assembles them into a single system and operates the result.
One operator, from the electron to the inference. That is the entire idea, and it is harder than it sounds.
Power
Sited, secured and brought to the asset.
Compute
GPU infrastructure, servers, networking, storage and cooling deployed at scale.
Customers
Demand contracted before capital moves.
Capital
Structured to the asset, not the cycle.
Supply Chain
OEMs, equipment, racks, fibre, power gear and logistics integrated early.
Talent
Operators, technicians and partners who have run this before.
Assembled as one. Operated as one. Accountable from the power line to the workload.
AI infrastructure is national infrastructure. Where it is built, who runs it, where its hardware comes from, and how it is defended are now strategic questions.
Security is physical and operational. It lives in power, sites, procurement, supply chain, access control, networks and people on the ground.
Canada has an opportunity. Domestic compute, data residency, clean power, strategic land and trusted partnerships can become a national advantage.
Built to operate, not to flip.
Asset-light by design. Antares is disciplined about structure, capital and risk. We assemble the platform, manage delivery and operate the result.
Demand before capital. We do not build on speculation. The commercial discipline is contracted demand, credible offtake and phased execution.
Platform, not transaction. Every project should strengthen the next through relationships, capital access, supply-chain leverage, operating knowledge and trained people.
Ronnie’s first technology services company began in a garage. No large balance sheet, no famous brand, just a small team of operators solving difficult problems for enterprise technology customers.
We built a training culture. The company hired people from non-traditional backgrounds and trained them into practical, high-performing technical roles.
Many started on the floor. Several team members began by racking, cabling, testing and supporting equipment. Over time, many became engineers, managers, founders and leaders of successful technology and engineering firms.
Every year the Christmas dinner grew. To us, that growth represented families, careers and futures, not only headcount.
We build where we are welcome, and we build to last.
Infrastructure at this scale reshapes the place it lands. We treat that as a responsibility, not a line item. Where we build, we commit for the long term: local jobs, training, care for the land, aligned ownership and a real stake for the people and partners who help make the project possible.
Antares works with private industry, enterprises, institutional capital, governments, utilities and Indigenous communities. Our goal is not to box ourselves into one customer type. It is to build enduring infrastructure with aligned partners.
The Antares Technology Academy.
Every project should become a classroom. The Academy develops operators, technicians, project managers and entrepreneurs capable of building and operating world-class AI infrastructure.
Technical pathways: AI infrastructure, data centre operations, compute, fibre, networking, cybersecurity, electrical, mechanical and supply-chain systems.
Leadership pathways: project management, operations leadership, entrepreneurship and business ownership.
Community pathways: where we partner with Indigenous communities, dedicated training pathways can be designed into the project from day one.
End state: trained operators, future entrepreneurs and local leaders who no longer need us.
Built and run by operators.
Antares is not trying to be everything itself. Our role is to assemble, align and lead the right people around each opportunity.

Customers may change. Oracle, Microsoft, Google, AWS, enterprises, governments or other AI customers may each become excellent counterparties.
The bigger question is partner selection. Who should sit beside the owner, enterprise, landholder or community as customers, technology and markets evolve?
Our answer is alignment. Major infrastructure should be built with partners whose interests remain aligned over decades.
Let’s build something that lasts.
We work with power and land partners, capital, compute providers, enterprises, governments, institutions, Indigenous communities and technology customers. If your work touches this chain, we should be in the same room.
